This summer 2025
Is your Spanish a bit rusty? Do you need to review some material? Do you need more practice and new approaches of known material? - This program is for you!
This program serves as a re-introduction to Spanish if you took it a while ago and you want to prepare to learn new material.
Perhaps you are currently studying Spanish and you need some reviewing and practicing. This program is also for you!
Each session explores a different grammar topic or language usage aspect, within each topic there are 2 to 3 levels of difficulty. Each class starts with a short overview of the topic then depending on your own knowledge level you'll pick what you'd like to work on.

Classes are on:
Tuesdays from 7 to 8:30 PM EST and Thursdays from 12 to 1:30 PM EST
Starts on Tuesday August 5th, 2025, all materials included
Light Mode - 3 classes
Intensive Mode - 6 classes
**OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED** Add 30 minutes of pure conversation right after each class for only $50
Program:
Tuesday August 5th - The verb "To Be" - Ser and Estar - Level 1 (the present & adjectives) 2 (the preterite & adjectives) and 3 (the preterite and imperfect & adjectives)
Thursday August 7th - Nouns: places, people, objects and ideas - Level 1 (easy common nouns) 2 (common nouns +) and 3 (specialty and cognate nouns)
Tuesday August 12 - The 10 most common regular verbs - Level 1 (present), 2 (preterite), 2a (progressive and / or near future) and 3 (preterite and imperfecto), 3a (double verbs), 4 (perfecto or subjunctive)
Thursday August 14 - The 10 most common irregular verbs - Level 1 (present), 2 (preterite), 2a (progressive and / or near future) and 3 (preterite and imperfecto), 3a (double verbs), 4 (perfecto or subjunctive)
Tuesday August 19 - Questions and Answers - Level 1 (Interrogatives + verb 'to be" + noun), 2 (interrogatives, prepositions, many verbs ) and 3 (interrogatives, prepositions, many verbs (different tenses) and complex structures), level of answers also scales up
Thursday August 22 - Direct Object & the pronouns - Level 1 (intro to direct object & pronouns), 2 (direct object, pronouns and many verbs) and 3 (direct object, pronouns, many verbs in many tenses and asking questions)
**NOTE: the class time (which is 90 minutes) is based on having at least 3 students. If less people show up the time class will be adjusted as follows: 2 people - 1 hour, 1 person - 30 minutes. The 30 minutes conversation is not affected.
